Writency ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal data. When you submit our contact form, we collect the following personal data: your full name, email address, the subject and content of your message, and your selected priority level. We use the data you provide solely to respond to your inquiry, assess potential business collaboration, and provide you with information about our services. We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing communications without your explicit consent.

We use Supabase (a data infrastructure provider) to securely store contact form submissions, and Resend (an email delivery provider) to forward your message to our team. Both providers act as data processors and are contractually bound to process your data only on our instructions and in accordance with GDPR. We do not sell or share your personal data with any other third parties.

We use a single functional cookie to remember your language preference. This cookie does not track you across other websites and contains no advertising or analytics data. You may decline this cookie through the cookie consent banner, and the website will continue to function normally.

As a data subject under GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
